Tracking Information

Blue & Bear orders are sent via Evri or Royal Mail, depending on availability. You can track the status of your parcel on the Evri Tracking Page or Royal Mail Website.

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Royal Mail may utilise delivery partners for part or all of the delivery journey.

All items other than personalised products are shipped from our UK based headquarters. You will receive email updates about the status of your order. If you have chosen a tracked delivery method, you will be able to view the current location of your order and its planned delivery time.

For orders within the United Kingdom, we aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase. All delivery times are calculated from the time of dispatch. During public holidays there may be delays in the estimated delivery time.

We make every effort to provide tracking capabilities for all express orders, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. However, in exceptional circumstances, tracking may not be available.

If you have not received your parcel 24 hours after the expected delivery date, or your parcel has not moved for 72 hours, please get in contact with us at

Rest of the World shipping includes: Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If you're unsure about the cost of shipping to your destination please get in contact with us.  

For International orders, we aim for delivery within 6 - 7 working days via Royal Mail. international orders are tracked to their destination. Unfortunately due to volatile shipping prices we are unable to provide a flat rate for shipping. Please see available shipping options at checkout.

International Delivery pricing is calculated at checkout for orders, based on weight and destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
